Position: Payroll Specialist
Location: Wilsonville, OR
Job Type: Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Fulltime
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 a year
Responsibilities:
Managing in-house union payroll data for a large number of employees
Supervision of payroll team.
Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system
Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information
Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally
Assisting with year-end payroll reporting
Undertaking other related duties as necessary
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction payroll processing (union exp. not required but preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and precision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
