Position: Special EducationParaprofessional
Caseload: Multiple Openings | 1:1 and Classroom Support | K-12th Grade

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? ProCare Therapy is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team in Cheney, WA. This is your chance to support students with special needs and play a vital role in their educational success.

What Youll Do:

  • Empower Students: Implement effective behavior management strategies to help students build positive social skills and appropriate behaviors.
  • Track Progress: Monitor and report student progress, collaborating closely with teachers and the educational team.
  • Facilitate Learning: Provide individualized and small group support to enhance students' learning experiences and growth.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a school setting. Experience with moderate to severe disabilities is a plus
  • Skills: Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
