Job Title: Associate Attorney
Location: Fairfax, VA
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

Our client is seeking for a family law attorney for its general practice. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of trial experience in the Virginia court system.

This position has absolutely no requirement of generating additional clients/business. Attorneys at the Firm may telework as needed. Ideal candidates are those interested in expanding their legal skills into other areas such as criminal law, immigration law or consumer law. Candidates must be motivated self-starters who are comfortable working independently. Compensation will depend on relevant experience and knowledge.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Virginia court trial: 3 years (Required)

  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
