Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery, ensuring parts meet specifications, and maintaining a high level of quality control. This position involves working within OSHA and ISO standards and performing daily preventative maintenance duties.

Responsibilities
  • Read and complete machine set-up sheets.
  • Set up machines for production use.
  • Assist with quality control plan details.
  • Follow 1st piece inspection procedure.
  • Acquire parts to be machined.
  • Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions to understand production requirements.
  • Machine parts to required specifications.
  • Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Move parts to designated areas.
  • Replace worn tooling as needed.
  • Remove and return tooling upon job completion.
  • Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency.
  • Work within OSHA and ISO standards.
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance duties.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with CNC machinery
  • Proficiency with calipers and micrometers
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling instructions
  • Experience in machine set-up
  • 5+ years of CNC experience
  • 2+ years of experience at each previous company
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with machine shop environment
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures
  • Experience on 1st and 2nd shifts


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
