We are seeking a passionate and experienced Web Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing market share through various digital channels. As a Web Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our online presence and driving our digital success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
2. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and leads to our website.
3. Leverage social media platforms to promote our products and services, engage with our audience, and build a strong online community.
4. Lead the development and execution of lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
5. Coordinate with the advertising team to create compelling digital ads that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values.
6. Analyze digital media performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our digital marketing efforts.
7. Collaborate with the brand strategy team to ensure a consistent brand message across all digital channels.
8. Plan and execute digital events to engage with our audience and promote our offerings.
9. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
10. Manage our retail channels and consumer stores to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
11. Oversee our e-commerce platform, including website management, SEO optimization, and conversion rate optimization.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
3. Proven experience in managing Google Ads, social media platforms, and lead generation strategies.
4. Strong understanding of advertising principles, digital media trends, and brand strategy development.
5. Experience in planning and executing digital events.
6. Solid knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
7. Experience in managing retail channels, consumer stores, and e-commerce platforms.
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
10. A creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
