Job Description

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to build, repair, and service engines, generators and other industrial equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery to clients.

Service Operations:

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of customers' industrial equipment.

- Ensure all service activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field service operations.

- Perform and supervise tasks related to alignment, balancing, and vibration analysis to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Technical Expertise:

- Provide technical support and expertise to field service technicians, customers, and peers.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Conduct technical training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Implement and manage vibration monitoring routes to detect and diagnose equipment issues proactively.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and inventory logs.

- Prepare and present regular reports on field service performance and metrics.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Shift/Pay:

7:30 AM-5:00 PM

$25-$32 per hour
