Job Description

We are seeking experienced machinists to join our fabricating department in Mosinee. We have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidates will have prior machinist experience, preferably from metal manufacturing. You will be working on 5-axis turning centers, mills, lathes, and saws.

Responsibilities

• Operate 5-axis turning centers, mills, lathes, and saws.
• Edit G&M code to meet production needs.
• Troubleshoot and set up machines.
• Perform tool and die repair.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for inspection.
• Program CNC machines.

Essential Skills

• Experience with CNC machines, mills, and lathes.
• Proficiency in editing G&M code.
• Ability to troubleshoot and set up machines.
• Knowledge of 5-axis and 4-axis turning centers.
• Familiarity with tool and die repair.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with blueprint reading.
• Knowledge of machining, inspection, and programming.

Work Environment

Shifts available: 1st shift (6am-2pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6am, Sunday to Thursday).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Schofield, Wisconsin.
