Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year nearAuburn, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with RBTs and district teachers to support students behavioral needs in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Collaborate with RBTs and teachers to monitor student progress and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Provide direct supervision and support to one assigned RBT.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide decision-making.
  • Train and support staff in implementing behavior strategies and interventions.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide input on behavioral goals and services.
  • Engage with families to discuss behavior strategies and support.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working in educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and support staff.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
