MIG Welder

- Perform MIG welding on various types of steel and alloys including stainless steel, aluminum, and black steel.
- Work with thinner gauge materials up to 1/8" thick.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints.
- Move fixtures into the welding bay and position them appropriately.
- Lift materials and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure high-quality welds that meet specifications.
- 1 year of recent experience (or schooling equivalent) in MIG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints; candidates will be tested on this skill.
- Proficiency in reading tape measures to 1/32".
- Capability to lift 50 lbs. with no restrictions.
- 2-year welding degree (preferred).
- Experience with pipe welding.
