Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Seeking a Validation/Test Engineer to support John Deere's Intelligent Solutions Group by enabling and documenting technology solutions for high-value crop producers.

Requirements:

  • Previous industry experience in agriculture or construction equipment.
  • Comfortable with installing hardware and software on John Deere equipment.
  • Familiarity with John Deere systems, including Gen4/G5, MTG's, StarFire.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with field testing and customer interaction.
  • Knowledge of John Deere Operations Center web/mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to improve productivity and profitability through technology solutions.
  • Document detailed feedback from customers on technology performance.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, user experience designers, and testing teams.
  • Travel frequently to meet customers primarily on the West Coast; some international travel possible.
  • Maintain communication with trusted dealers regarding customer updates.
  • Develop a High Value Customer reference list for research and validation purposes.


Pay Details: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour
