Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Yard Manager to oversee operations at our auto auction facility. The Yard Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities within the yard, ensuring that vehicles are properly organized, maintained, and prepared for auction events. This role involves supervising yard staff, coordinating vehicle inspections, managing inventory, and implementing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train yard staff to ensure efficient operations.  
- Organize and maintain vehicle inventory, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.  
- Oversee vehicle inspections and prepare them for auction events.  
- Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.  
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate auction activities.  
- Monitor yard conditions and maintain cleanliness and organization.  

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.  
- Bilingual in Spanish  
- Knowledge of auto auction processes and vehicle management is a plus.  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.  
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
