Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling parts for production, assisting with finishing parts, etching, packaging, and completing domestic shipping and receiving tasks. You will operate tow motors, load and unload trucks, and work with inventory control systems.

Responsibilities
  • Pull parts for production using a pallet jack and minimal tow motor
  • Assist production with finishing parts, etching, and packaging as needed
  • Complete domestic shipping and receiving information in the computer
  • Operate tow motor as needed
  • Load and unload trucks
Essential Skills
  • 2+ years of previous shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility
  • 2+ years of experience with inventory or domestic shipping software
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience operating machinery
  • Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable cleaning facility as needed
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with utility operation, material handling, RF scanners, FedEx, and inventory control
  • Skills in shipping, receiving, packaging, production helping, machine operation, and quality inspection

Work Environment

1st Shift: 8am - 4:30PM. Work in a brand-new section of the facility with ongoing revamping and new machines. The facility provides a clean and well-lit environment with temperature control.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CLEVELAND, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
