Overview
Provide administrative support to Design Consultants and Project Leaders, ensuring efficient communication and task completion. Assist with data management, reporting, and follow-up duties with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support department personnel with administrative tasks.

• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks with customers and designers.

• Prepare and review job release packages for inspection and construction.

• Analyze plans and customer submissions to ensure all required information is provided.

• Generate, review, and share reports with the team.

• Input and manage data in tracking systems.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Pay Details: 21.51 per hour
