Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior analyst for a contract position in our school district In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will be working with caseloads across a variety of schools. You will collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat mental and emotional disorders of individuals through observation, interview, and psychological tests.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Ensure plans are evidence-based and adhere to best practices in ABA.
- Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy. Prepare progress reports and make recommendations for ongoing interventions.
- Follow the ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Stay informed about current research and advancements in ABA.
Pay and Benefits:
- $40-$50 hourly pay range. Pay is dependent on experience and school districts budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in human services, social work or psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Licenseor Certification in social work, mental health, psychology, behavior analyst or relatedfield.
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field is preferred
- Experience in behavior analysis, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check and obtaining necessary clearances.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
