Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Analyst based in Exton, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting all aspects of payroll operations within our team, ensuring a consistent focus on driving efficiencies and process improvements. The successful candidate will collaborate with other payroll team members and stakeholders within the organization to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information and resolution of issues.

Responsibilities:
• Support all aspects of payroll operations processing, ensuring a focus on efficiencies and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other team members in the development of processes to enhance payroll services.
• Liaise with People Solutions teams, including Compensation, Benefits, Equity, Mobility, Employee Life Cycle Management and People Resources Hub, to ensure a consistent and accurate flow of information.
• Manage equity transactions, domestic relocation reporting, and international mobility payments and reporting for expat and inpat population.
• Coordinate with Relocation vendors to manage quarterly and annual reporting, ensuring mobility data is reconciled and processed accurately and timely.
• Partner with Equity team to ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with Plan requirements.
• Oversee the schedule of Employee movements for expat/inpat international assignments, transfers home based in North America and Canada, partnering with vendors to provide all data needed to correctly record assignment expenses.
• Advise 3rd party vendors to ensure correct recording of cross-country equity transactions for employees on international assignments, transfers.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.• Proficiency in payroll functions and procedures
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Solid understanding of tax accounting and expense reporting
• Experience with human resources administration, particularly in relation to payroll and benefits
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial duties as needed
• Familiarity with materials handling and planning processes
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work with vendors and stakeholders
• Experience in conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Knowledge of finance and financial reporting
• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage operations
• Ability to handle quarterly reports and other time-sensitive tasks
• Familiarity with HR practices and procedures
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Experience in handling payroll compliance issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
