Job Description

Production workers/Stackers are responsible for supporting the manufacturing plant and operator on their various product lines. They will be responsible for lifting heavy bags of flour and ingredients and loading them on pallets, moving products along a line, making and packing boxes, etc.

2nd. shift: 2:30pm - 11pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing plant and operator on various product lines.
• Lift heavy bags of flour and ingredients and load them on pallets.
• Move products along a line.
• Make and pack boxes.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work in a GMP/SOP environment (hair nets, glasses, etc.)
• Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work quickly and maintain good attendance

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP
• Experience in lifting, bagging, production, food, chemical, pharma, stacking, and loading heavy bags

Work Environment

Food manufacturing environment that complies with all CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate controlled, so it is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Work boots are required, and you must adhere to CGMP policies, including no jewelry and wearing appropriate hair netting. Shift openings include 1st shift (6:30am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday), 2nd shift (2:30pm to 11:30pm Monday-Friday), and 3rd shift (10:30pm to 7am Sunday-Thursday).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50
