Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of general bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze financial data
• Perform month-end close procedures and provide financial reports
• Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks
• Carry out full-charge bookkeeping duties as necessary
• Manage aspects of Human Resources (HR) Administration, including maintaining the Human Resources Management System• Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in Bank Reconciliations
• Proven expertise in Bookkeeping
• Capable of performing accurate Data Entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge of Payroll processes
• Proficient in QuickBooks software
• Familiarity with Full Charge Bookkeeping
• Experience with Human Resources Management Systems
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration
