Position: Full-Time School Counselor
Location: Davison, MI

Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled School Counselor to join our educational team in Davison, MI. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive counseling services to students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and families to address individual student needs, develop personalized support plans, and foster a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to address students academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement student support plans in collaboration with educators and parents.
• Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Guide students in setting academic and career goals.
• Monitor and track student progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed.
• Promote a safe and inclusive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Counseling or related field
• Michigan School Counselor certification
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
