Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between business, our UKG vendor, and technical resources to effectively provide application support.
• Identify areas in the HRIS system that can be automated to eliminate redundancy in processes or enable employees to self-serve.
• Resolve complex technical issues for UKG applications by working closely with employees and technical partners.
• Collaborate with IT for enhancements to onboarding and off boarding processes for managers and new hires.
• Develop processes to evaluate and integrate programs and cyclical work to minimize administrative tasks and maximize the impact of the program for the end user.
• Create processes and training to help employees, managers, and HR fully utilize applications and programming in the HRIS.
• Utilize the HRIS system to implement new processes and leverage data/reports to drive automation within the HR function.
• Run reports through HRIS system for various HR needs including benefits, compliance auditing, and other cyclical events.
• Oversee functional testing for HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance, and documentation.
• Develop training materials and train HR Team/Employees on system use, updates, and new modules launched by HRIS System.
• Stay updated on HRIS system changes and updates and execute on the roll out of system updates.
• Document key processes and configuration for reference and to ensure consistency.• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Ad Hoc Reporting and Auditing.
• Substantial understanding of Benefit Functions and Business Process Functions.
• Proficiency in using HRIS software such as UKG Pro and UKG Ready.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant detail oriented certifications are considered a plus.
