Special Education Teacher - Adaptive Curriculum
Are you dedicated to providing an inclusive, supportive learning environment where every student can thrive? ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join one of our trusted school districts located in the beautiful community of Warrenton, NC. In this role, you will beresponsible for designing and delivering individualized instructional programs for students with varying abilities and needs. Your primary focus will be to provide students with access to the general curriculum while adapting it to meet their unique learning profiles. You will work with a range of students, including those with intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, and other special needs, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to progress academically, socially, and emotionally.

Job Description
- Full-time
- M-F
- 30-35 hours per week
- January start - end of school year

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or higher
- Active NC Teaching License with Adaptive Endorsement
- Active Certifications
- Able to develop and implement IEPs while coordinating with internal departments
- Comfortable collaborating with other teachers and staff to achieve student success
- Experience working with students with multiple disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual/in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
