Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Obtained from an accredited program, fulfilling Wisconsin's educational requirements.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP): Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Wisconsin State Licensure: Must hold a current Wisconsin licensure or be eligible for licensure to practice as a speech-language pathologist in the state.
- Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) License: Required to work in Wisconsin schools, this license is specific to educational professionals, including SLPs.
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and administrators.

- Insurance: Contractors must obtain general and professional liability insurance before starting the assignment.

- 1099 Understanding: This role is strictly as a 1099 contractor, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work.
