Position Type: Full-Time, Contracted (2024-2025 School Year)
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist for a full-time contracted position in Reynoldsburg, OH, for the 2024-2025 school year. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students in need.
- Support the development of behavior management strategies and crisis intervention plans.
- Consult with educators and parents on strategies to support student learning and well-being.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational and behavioral interventions.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active OH School Psychologist license.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, administrators, and parents.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to special education and student services.
