Location: Louisburg, North Carolina

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Louisburg, North Carolina. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders to students in our school district. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students' academic and social success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students' communication abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the classroom and at home.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • North Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
