  • Pay Rate: $29/h

Responsibilities:

  • Floorplan Implementation: Develop and execute assigned floorplans in accordance with merchandising strategies, product assortments, and space allocation guidelines from multiple department space realignments.
  • Special Projects: Create merchandise floorplans for New Stores, Relocations, Remodels, New Brand Launches, and Fixture Strategy updates.
  • Prototype Reviews: Meet with merchant leadership to create prototypical store layouts following concise criteria. Design templates with consideration for space allocation, brand adjacencies, guest experience, and store labor hours.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure correct planograms are assigned to store floorplans using extensive validation reports, and quality control checkpoints. Release What Changed Reports, Planogram Adjacency Reports, and Matrix Reports (Planogram-Store assignment) with Merchandise Transition Timeline
