Duties:
Instructional Support: working with students in small groups or individually, providing additional explanation or guidance as needed.
Student Assistance: Providing support to students with special needs, whether it's physical, emotional, or learning-based.
Collaboration with Teachers: Collaborating with teachers to develop and modify lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
Behavioral Support: Supporting students in managing their behavior, implementing behavior plans, and reinforcing positive behaviors.

To Be Considered
Must have experience working with children
Experience supporting children in the school setting preferred
Ed Tech I, II, or III Certification
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
