Job Description

Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of fab equipment and machinery. Adhere to predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. Interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics to maintain and modify systems, including programmable controllers and drives. Perform some plumbing, HVAC, and facilities maintenance functions.

Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of fab equipment and machinery.
  • Adhere to predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes.
  • Interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics to maintain and modify systems including programmable controllers and drives.
  • Perform some plumbing, HVAC, and facilities maintenance functions.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, well-lit facility spanning 155,600 square feet across two locations. The facility houses 87 machines including Mazak lasers, Safan Darley eBrakes, folders, and turret and punch presses. The position is for the 1st shift, which runs from 6am-2pm, with optional overtime on Saturdays and some on-call duties required for maintenance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hartland, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00
