Paraprofessionals Wanted Support K-12 Students

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs? ProCare Therapy is hiring dedicated paraprofessionals to serve as classroom aides or one-on-one aides for K-12 students. Multiple positions are available across various grade levels, with placement tailored to your experience and preferences.

Job Highlights:

• Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (may vary by assignment)
• Start Date: Interviews on December 2nd, 2024, with work beginning shortly after

What You'll Do:

• Assist teachers by supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide one-on-one and small group academic guidance
• Keep accurate records for academic and behavioral progress
• Supervise students during activities like lunch, free time, and field trips
• Follow instructions from school supervisors to meet the needs of each student

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have state Department of Education clearances
• Prior experience in schools is preferred but not mandatory

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay starting at $17+/hour (based on experience and responsibilities)
