We are a locally owned restaurant with a scratch kitchen, known for exceptional food and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who excels at communication, team motivation, and delivering superior guest service.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a scratch kitchen, upscale dining concept
  • Strong understanding of systems, processes, and best practices
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a fun, engaging, and high-performing team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Self-driven with a desire for continuous growth and learning
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support team members to ensure operational excellence
  • Conduct line checks and maintain food quality standards
  • Prepare end-of-shift and daily financial reports
  • Uphold operational best practices and guidelines
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Foster a positive work environment that reflects our culture and values
  • Be a team player who genuinely loves people and the restaurant industry
