Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities
* Ensure all records are meticulously updated and accurately maintained
* Perform thorough and precise verification of patient insurance information
* Offer expert answers to inquiries regarding Medicare and other insurance-related questions
* Contact various health insurance providers to ascertain insurance coverage and benefits
* Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven experience in a medical front desk role, with insurance verification responsibilities
* Familiarity with commercial insurances, including ACCHS, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and Aetna
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Schedule
* Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay
* $18 to $21 an hour
