Major Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of the corporate IT customer, supplier and application integration management systems
  • Ensures timely and accurate resource utilization forecasting and time tracking for both self and team
  • Conducts research and analysis in order to develop and propose solution to business problems
  • Works directly with business constituents to understand requirements and deliver aligned solutions
  • Provides input into functional and technical specification documents
  • Drive team performance with ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Develop associates to close capability gaps and increase capacity
  • Provide associates with regular, open developmental feedback / coaching and meaningful learning opportunities
  • Accountable for at least one core component of the departmental budget
  • Manage associate performance to include coaching and counseling of underperforming talent
  • Builds positive working relationships and influences collaboratively across all functional teams
  • Frequently seeks out additional opportunities to enhance the business

Experience

  • 2+ years in a leadership role, preferable with enterprise systems management knowledge
  • Advanced working knowledge of common application integration methods, standards and technology solutions (i.e., EDI X12, XLMO, JSON, AS2, API)
  • Working knowledge of IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) solution
  • Proficient in both technical and non-technical engagement methods
  • Experience utilizing PMO service delivery tools and techniques
  • Understands budget planning in relationship to technology lifecycle management
  • Demonstrates balance of applied skill and continuous improvement
  • Solid applied leadership skills in managing, mentoring and developing technical teams
  • Intermediate knowledge of the business, industry and commercial landscape from technical and strategic perspective
  • Working knowledge of high volume transaction processing / order fulfillment environments
  • Hands-on operating style and approach with visible willingness to invest in people / organizational development
  • 5+ years in large ($1B or greater) corporate environments preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and heavily matrixed organizations

Education

  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in related field
