Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $25 per hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire (100% Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior HVAC Estimator with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC systems and will play a key role in supporting our project estimating and bidding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze blueprints, specifications, bid requests, and other documentation to prepare labor time, labor cost, subcontractor, material, and equipment cost estimates.
Provide Mechanical, Controls, and Plumbing/Piping take-off documentation and assist in developing designs, budgets, bid estimates, and quotations.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure the accuracy of project estimates and bids.
Contribute to the development of bid strategies and identify potential markets to pursue.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of HVAC experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and specifications.
Experience with estimating tools and software.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
