Job Description Job Description

Lead Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural design for commercial buildings, wastewater treatment facilities, and civil/industrial infrastructure projects
  • Oversee project management from design through construction, including budgeting, site visits, and document preparation
  • Manage the design of low-rise buildings, concrete tanks, and other structures
  • Perform quality assurance and control procedures on projects
  • Provide support during the bidding and construction phases, including site visits and contractor coordination
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multiple teams using Bluebeam and Microsoft Teams

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in structural engineering
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, and Revit; familiarity with STAAD, Tekla, and other design tools is a plus
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
