IT Manager

We are in search of an IT Manager with ERP experience to join our team in Norwood, New Jersey. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for the overall setup, maintenance, and improvement of our company network, along with the ongoing monitoring of our infrastructure and security. This role also encompasses the development and maintenance of in-house software and hardware applications, as well as ensuring data integrity and redundancy.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's network infrastructure, including headquarters, branch offices, and backup locations.
• Monitor the health of infrastructure, security, email, and cloud systems regularly.
• Manage the integrity, redundancy, and archiving of data.
• Carry out the rollout of OS updates and ensure the implementation of up-to-date threat mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of Servers, NASes, and other appliances of the IT infrastructure.
• Handle the setup, maintenance, and update of the Office, Processing, and Party Chief workstations.
• Provide IT support and Helpdesk services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes, policies, training materials, guides, and procedures related to IT.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications and hardware needed for office and field operations.
• Provide troubleshooting support and assistance for in-house developed software, applications, and hardware.
• Develop and implement training materials, guides, and procedures related to in-house developed custom software applications and equipment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or other Related Degree and a minimum of 5 years applicable experience.
• Master’s Degree a plus
• Multidisciplinary scientific background with knowledge of mathematics and physics a plus.
• Experience working in the survey industry and knowledge of related software, equipment and workflows a plus.
