Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Charlton, MA. Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development.
  • Provide counseling services to students individually or in groups, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and interventions.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license in the state of Massachusetts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
