This role offers a hybrid work schedule, blending remote work with onsite engagement in our Glendale, California office.

Job Details


  • Supervise and coordinate multiple tax projects, ensuring top-quality services for our clientele.
  • Perform comprehensive tax research, strategy, and compliance tasks for a range of clients.
  • Validate tax returns and conduct projections for quarterly and year-end income tax.
  • Guide, mentor, and foster growth among staff members, which includes providing timely feedback and conducting annual performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to offer expertise and solutions to clients.
  • Foster and maintain exceptional client relationships.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes and prospective alterations in tax policy and legislation.
  • Contribute actively to business growth, attracting new clients, and cross-selling services to existing clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Advanced degree in Taxation is advantageous.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • At least 7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation; Prior managerial experience is preferred.
  • Robust technical skills in tax preparation and accounting.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Superb client service skills and a knack for developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in various tax software and technological tools.
