Job Title: Behavioral Paraprofessional (1:1 Aide)
Location: Van Vleck , TX

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Paraprofessional to work one-on-one with a 5-year-old student. The role involves providing support to the student throughout the school day, assisting with behavioral management, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated one-on-one aide for the student
  • Assist with behavioral interventions and classroom activities
  • Support the student's learning and emotional development
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the student's needs are met

Details:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Working with a 5-year-old student

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young children, especially in a behavioral support role
  • Understanding of behavioral management techniques
  • Patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow a structured plan
