Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for tracking inventory as it arrives and leaves the warehouse. They will use SAP to track equipment, although experience with SAP is not required but preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, candidates will cross-train in another area to ensure parts are processed in a timely manner, using Microsoft Excel for tracking. Heavy computer usage is required for this role, and candidates must be able to walk up and down stairs while carrying parts.

Responsibilities
  • Track inventory as it arrives and leaves the warehouse.
  • Use SAP to manage equipment tracking (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Lift and carry parts up to 50 lbs.
  • Cross-train in another area to track parts processing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking and basic functions like using filters.
  • Engage in heavy computer usage.
  • Walk up and down stairs while carrying parts.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with shipping and receiving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to perform data entry and use computer systems proficiently.
  • Experience with warehouse inventory and expediting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with work orders.
  • Familiarity with inventory software.
  • Experience with kitting and part tracking.

Work Environment

You will work in a warehouse environment, standing for a full 8-hour shift. Available shifts include: 1st shift Mon-Fri 7:00-15:30 with lunch from 11:30-12:00 and two 10-minute breaks; 6th shift Mon-Thurs 15:00-1:30 with lunch from 20:00-20:30 and two 10-minute breaks; 7th shift Fri-Sun 6:00-18:00 with options to adjust lunch and break times; and 8th shift Fri-Sun 18:00-6:00 with options to adjust lunch and break times. There is also an option to work an additional 4 hours during the week for those on the 7th and 8th shifts to achieve a 40-hour workweek.
