Summary: Seeking a CNC Milling Programmer/Set Up responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Mill Programmer and Setup Technician, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks) and G-code programming.

  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • DMG/Mori Seiki/HAAS experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC milling machines using CAD/CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, and fixturing, to ensure efficient production runs.

  • Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts to exacting tolerances and quality standards.

  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards, using precision measuring tools.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of setups, programs, and production runs.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
