Full-Time Contract, Home Health Registered Nurse

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in McMinnville, TN. Our client,anationwide home health agency, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This is a 13-week contract position, offering full-time hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on managing medical conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
• Proficiency in using OASIS and Homecare Homebase software is required
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
