Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional

School Year: 2024-2025

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to join our team in Three Lakes, WI, for the 2024-2025 school year. This position supports teachers and staff in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. The ideal candidate will work closely with students to reinforce lessons, help with classroom management, and assist students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional activities, classroom management, and lesson implementation
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the direction of certified teachers
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment for all students
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other activities as needed
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher in education or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to supporting student success
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
