ABR has teamed up with a company in the La Crosse area and we are searching for a Marketing & Sales Support Manager. Your job will be collaborating closely with our sales and marketing vice presidents to effectively market and sell our innovative medical response products. These essential products, including medical cases, emergency medical kits, vaccine transport coolers, and mobile hospitals, play a critical role in saving lives during medical emergencies.

Wage: 55k-70k based on experience

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to create and develop mailing and calling lists of potential customers.
  • Write and distribute customer newsletters to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and execute direct mail and email campaigns.
  • Assist in producing product user guides and instructional materials.
  • Participate in market research and product development initiatives.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Manage inside sales operations through phone, email, and internet communication.
  • Provide dedicated sales representation to assigned customers and geographical areas.
  • Proactively contact potential customers to drive sales.
  • Potential representative at conferences and trade shows, including exhibitor booth activities.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the design staff to ensure client needs are met.

Critical Skills:

  • Mechanically Inclined: Ability to understand and work with equipment; enjoys repairing or improving functionality.
  • Logical Thinker: Capable of analyzing problems and identifying effective solutions through reasoned assessment.
  • Leadership Potential: Qualities and qualifications to advance to the Marketing Manager role.

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of marketing and sales experience.
  • Completion of marketing coursework or degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Publisher, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business math proficiency.
