Job Description
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment, including 3 Phase motors, conveyors, and presses.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting (480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V DC), PLC and robotics troubleshooting (Fanuc and ABB), hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, and other general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting for 480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V DC systems.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs and robotics systems, including Fanuc and ABB.
  • Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
Essential Skills
  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with an associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Experience with electrical systems (480V), mechanical systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Entry-level candidates with a degree will be considered.
  • Candidates without a degree must have 10 years of experience.
  • Welding (MIG) experience is a plus.
  • Conduit bending experience is a plus.
