Insight Global is seeking a Refund Analyst to join their healthcare client in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This individual will be responsible for supporting payment posters and clients insurance refund disputes in the Texas markets. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers and Revenue Cycle team, and Accounts Payable. Key responsibilities include collection adjustments, communicating with insurance companies for information regarding your disputed refund, providing refunds, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Selected candidates will be responsible for the cabling and installation of audiovisual systems throughout large corporate buildings and will include spaces such as training and conference rooms, shared workspaces, break rooms, and digital signage among other areas. This position requires periodic overtime and may require regular overtime for extended periods to meet fabrication deadlines.
