Position: Machinist

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• $24-$28 based on expertise and tenure
• End-of-year bonus based on overall company performance.
• Merit Increases: Based on our skills matrix, you have the opportunity to receive merit increases multiple times throughout the year
• Annual reviews conducted with the direct supervisor.

Job Details: We offer a structured in-house training program. Upon completion, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining day-to-day operations of automated production CNC machine cells.
• Fluent use of all the machine’s tooling.
• Troubleshooting tools that are cutting improperly and making necessary changes to correct root causes before tool failure.
• Setting up, running, and inspecting parts throughout the shift while troubleshooting common manufacturing issues.
• Primarily working with Makino and DMG machines.

Shift Hours:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM - 2:30PM (1 opening)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (2 openings)
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (3 openings)
