Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Aviation Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of our corporate aircraft, ensuring they are in top operational condition and compliant with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on corporate aircraft, including scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies.
  • Inspect aircraft components, systems, and structures to identify any signs of wear, damage, or other issues.
  • Replace or repair defective parts using precision instruments and hand tools.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance performed, including work orders, inspection reports, and parts usage.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure aircraft are ready for scheduled flights and meet all safety standards.
  • Respond to and address any in-flight issues or technical concerns promptly.
  • Participate in continuous training and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with specific experience in corporate or general aviation.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft systems, and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
