Key responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Handle administrative tasks to support the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, which includes preparing necessary documentation and scheduling orientations.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Provide support in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
