HR Generalist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry, located in Tustin, California. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in maintaining HR functions, assisting with benefit administration, and ensuring seamless communication with our employees. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Addressing and resolving open enrollment queries
• Assisting employees with password resets
• Maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Administering benefits and handling related tasks
• Ensuring smooth employee relations
• Managing HR functions such as filing and scanning documents
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR tasks
• Operating Ceridian and Dayforce for HR-related functions
• Implementing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient communication
• Adhering to FMLA regulations and guidelines.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar capacity within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software
• In-depth knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry
• Proven experience in managing employee relations
• Knowledgeable about Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations and processes
