Job Description

This position involves working on the off shift (7 PM to 7 AM) with a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 days on, 3 days off, providing every other weekend off. The role focuses on Preventative Maintenance and Skilled Operation within a production line. Responsibilities include cleaning, setting up, operating, and monitoring equipment, troubleshooting and resolving machine issues, loading/unloading stacks, recording stock and inventory, and ensuring product labels are correctly coded.

Responsibilities
  • Clean, set up, operate, and monitor equipment in the production line.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines.
  • Handle and fix machines before calling maintenance support.
  • Load and unload stacks, and record stock and inventory.
  • Identify and ensure correct coding of product labels.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing and distribution facility with many conveyors. Health and safety are prioritized due to the food industry standards. The facility is older but well-maintained, covering 1,722 square feet. Shifts are from 7 PM to 7 AM and 7 AM to 7 PM with a rotating schedule.
