Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Aliso Viejo, California for a Payroll Specialist. This role is within the industry and requires a candidate who is proficient in managing payroll and accounts payable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain detailed customer credit records and update them as necessary.
• Address and resolve any customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take the required action where necessary.
• Execute payroll duties for a workforce of 200-250 employees.
• Use UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and ADP Payroll software to manage payroll duties.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Handle accounts payable tasks as required.
• Support the organization across multiple locations.• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Expertise in using UKG Pro and UKG Ready
• Experience in managing payroll for 101 to 500 employees
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with various payroll software
• Ability to process bi-weekly payroll
• Experience in processing payroll
• Knowledge of ADP - Payroll
