Job Description:

The Bilingual Translator will assist in managing projects finances, including handling progress billing, requesting quotes from vendors, and ensuring effective communication with both Korean speaking and English speaking stakeholders. This role is ideal for a detail orientated individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in both Korean and English.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Progress billing and financial tracking
  • Vendor management
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Communication and coordination: Assist in translating project related documents and communications between Korean and English

 

Notes:

  • Must be able to pass a lifetime background check
  • Reporting into: the PM onsite. Specifically within the  HiTech Hook Up Department
  • At a basic level this person will be communicating and billing the clients, getting quotes from vendors, requesting payment to the HQ, and other procurement type activities.
